When I was in Europe, I bought postcards of my favorite paintings from the many museums we visited. One of my very favorites, I framed, and is still sitting on my dresser. It's by David Woodlock, 1842-1929, and is called "Upper Bushey Village". I couldn't find it to share on my blog, but I found similar watercolors by the same artist. They're so pretty and peaceful. I still dream of living in a cottage in England, well, maybe just a little visit.

    Those are lovely prints of an old English garden! I would love to see them in person one day.
